Spring Break!

Last week was Spring Break. It was GREAT! I did nothing having to do with school! It was relaxing. We went camping Wednesday night and Thursday night with my cousin Eric and his wife Angela.

we drank, sat around the campfire, drank, cooked dinner, drank....

are you seeing a theme here? We definately went through a lot of beer!

We went to Inks Lake, up in Burnet, TX. Eric and Angela are from Oklahoma, so it was definately exciting for them to see hills! Ha ha! We hiked on Thursday afternoon and got a good view of the lake along the way:

Friday night we took Eric and Angela out for good Mexican food at Trudy's - Angela had her first Mexican Martini!

Then on Saturday, we met up with my parents and my sister's family to eat for my Dad's birthday. We went to one of my favorite places!

The Gristmill in Gruene. It has such a wonderful environment, and did I mention that the food is fantastic???

Angela has some pictures from us at Trudy's and also when we went out for St. Patrick's Day. I'll post those when she sends them.

Overall, it was a great Spring Break! Thanks E&A for coming, we had a blast!!
