New Moon

Ok, so for those of you who don't know, I am literally obsessed with the Twilight series. For a little insight, check out my 25 Random Facts about Me post. It's under #14. I had to wait the entire last semester of Grad School to get to read New Moon, the second in the series. I bought it the day after I took my prescriptive authority exam (which, by the way, I passed with a 91!). Here's an interesting FYI: I read Twilight in 6 days. I read New Moon in 5 days. AND, I just finished Eclipse (the 3rd book) in 3 days. My sister gave me the 3rd and 4th books for Graduation. I had to wait until we came back from Boston and Marc went back to work to start Eclipse, otherwise I would have been holed up in my hotel room on vacation, reading. That is how strong the attraction is. Now I'm going to wait for another couple of weeks before I start Breaking Dawn, if I can last that long. I kind of almost like having to wait to read the books now. But nothing will be like the anticipation I had all semester between the first and second books.


As I write this, I realize that it sounds so incredibly silly. BUT, I also know that those of you who have read these books, TOTALLY understand. The thing is, I'm not a crazy reader. Yes, I like to read, but these books are like 500-something pages. And I've read them so incredibly fast. Everyone I know has. I have a friend that read all four books in 6 days.


So anyway, Twilight the Movie came out in November of last year, I'm sure some of you have seen it. And now, New Moon the Movie is coming out this November! They're planning (from what I hear) to make a movie out of all of the books, and release one a year.


And they just released the first trailer for New Moon!! I'm SO excited! So excited, in fact, that I'm trying to add the wiget to the side of my blog, but I'm having trouble making it fit. Anyone know how to shrink a wiget?? In the meantime, feel free to check out the website, watch the trailer, read the books, and become just as obsessed as I am!
